তাই আসুন পান করার আগে একটু জেনে শুনে বুঝে নেই কোমল পানীয়ের প্রতিটি চুমুক আমাদের শরীরের অন্তর্গত শক্তিত ক্ষয় এবং কিডনি বিনাশে কতটুকু ভুমিকা রাখে ।

সফট এবং এনার্জি ড্রিংকসে কিছু চিরন্তন সত্য কথা তুলে ধরবো যা আমাদের অনেকেরই অজানা ,টেলিভিশনের পর্দায় এবং রেডিও তে প্র্রিয় তারকাদের আর্কষণীয় বিজ্ঞাপন দেখে আমরা অনেকেই সফট এবং এনার্জি ড্রিংকস এর উপর আসক্ত হয়ে পড়ি,মনোযোগ বিগ্নকারী রীতিমতো আপত্তি কর ভাষার এই সব বিজ্ঞাপন সবাই কে আকৃষ্ট করে তাইত সুযোগ পেলেই অনেকে এক বোতল সাবার করতে দেরি করেন না,মজার বিষয় হচ্চে সিগারেটর এর মত এর গায়ে যেমন লিখা থাকে“ধুমপান মূত ঘটায়” কিন্তু মজার ব্যপার হচ্চে সফট এবং এনার্জি ড্রিংকসে কিন্তু এর বিপরীত কথা লেখ থাকে এতে লোভনীয় কিছু কথা লিখা থাকে- খাইলেই বুঝবেন,recharge Yourself,rithmy of life,freedom of choice,Royal Crown cola,এরকম আরো অনেক কথা এবং উপাদান লেখা থাকে,ধুমপান এর মত এটিও কিন্তু নেশা বা মাদকাসক্ত করে ।আমি এখানে যে বিষয়টি তুলে ধুরতে চাই সেটা হচ্চে এই সফট এবং এনার্জি ড্রিংকসে যে উপাদানগুলো দেওয়া হয় তা আপনার দেহের ক্ষেত্রে কতটা ক্ষতি কারক সেই বিষয়টি ইস্পষ্ট ভাষায় তুলে ধরা এর উপাদানগুলো সম্পর্কে ধারনা দেওয়া ।
কী কী উপাদানগুলো আছে এনার্জি ড্রিংকসে ?
